Regarding damage in transit
If a product that you have received is damaged in transit, the price of the unit will be refunded in full(Note that this refund doesn't include the postage cost). To redeem this refund, you must contact rustic and stuff through the 'contact' page with picture proof WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. Products are sent using tracked postage so the time of receiving the product is available to Rustic and stuff. Refunds WILL NOT be given if the tracking for the order is showing as delivered and you inform me that you have rejected the delivery. Refunds are also NOT AVAILABLE if you receive a product and decide that you don’t like it.
